Zukku /Zoo’ - Koo/ is a canvas commonly used by artists to create works of art. “-San” is a title of respect added to a name in Japanese. At Zukku and Zukku-San, food is art, and our chefs are artists who use the finest ingredients to create culinary masterpieces.
Zukku started in a humble 350sqft sushi stall inside Tampa’s Armature Works Food Hall. Zukkusan represents an elevated experience and expanded menu from the first Zukku, allowing our chefs to express themselves.
